Fees and splits

How shares are calculated and how much everyone gets

Formula

fee          = floor(amount Γ— rate / 10000)
payout       = amount - fee
share_i      = floor(payout Γ— share_i / 10000)   // the last one gets the remainder

All shares plus the fee always add up to the charge amount: not a single tiyin is lost.

Example

A 250,000 UZS charge, 5% rate (500), shares 70/30:

Amount
Fee12,500 UZS
Recipient A (70%)166,250 UZS
Recipient B (30%)71,250 UZS

The fee already includes the payment provider's acquiring.

Rate

The rate is set per business (5% by default, never below 2%) and can differ for a single merchant. Only the platform can change it. Each charge keeps the rate that applied at payment time, so a tariff change never rewrites history.

Share rules

  • 1 to 20 recipients, no duplicates;
  • every share > 0, and the shares add up to exactly 10000.
